The National PD T-20 Cricket Championship 2022 today Saturday at oval cricket ground 12:30 am National Stadium Karachi while the representative of PCB Arshad Khan, CEO Sindh cricket Association Mahmood Hamid, Shahid Mehboob Director HPC Karachi, Younus Alam (ICRC) and PPDCA Supporter Syed Tauseef Shah will also the guest of honours they, will all celebrate the occasion the International Day for people with disabilities 3rd December.
This was announced by the General Secretary and Tournament Director Amiruddin Ansari, on the opening day in Group “A” Karachi PD will face the Quetta pd while Hyderabad will meet Quetta Bolan, in karachi, Lahore vs Sialkot at Garrison park Sialkot and Peshwar vs Fata Peshawar while in group “B” Multan vs Faisalabad and Bahwalpur vs Sargodha in Multan.
According to the details the 8th National Championship will start simultaneously in six cities of the country with the support of International Committee of the Red Cross and Shahid Afridi Foundation as well as Pakistan Cricket Board. the 16 team’s of the cities Karachi, Quetta, Quetta Bolan, Hyderabad, Multan, Faislabad Bhawalpur, Sargodha, Islamabad, Azad Kashmir, Rawalpindi, Abbottabad, Lahore, Sialkot, Peshawar, Fata will take part in the Championship It is being held under a new format Bhawalpur Pd will defend the title.
The first round will be on knockout basis in the second phase, the matches will be played in Karachi and Multan on league basis. Both the semi-finals and the final of the National Championship will be played in Karachi.
