The journey of the rise of Pakistan Disabled Cricket continues today (Part 1)

Hockey is the national sport of Pakistan but my personal observation for more than 25 years. I think no one would mind if cricket was called the national sport of Pakistan Old or young, rich or poor, healthy or disabled, blind, male or female, cricket seems to be in their veins, Pakistan is the only country in the world where many styles of cricket Not only are I present but I am playing regular matches in my own area and in the midwifery, in addition to normal cricket, cricket for the disabled, cricket for the blind, cricket for young children and women, cricket for lawyers, veterans cricket which I fall into three different age group categories and include wheelchair cricket for the disabled. Now tell me, in a country where there are so many different forms of cricket, does anyone ask hockey?

Since I am from Karachi and I am an eyewitness to the beginning of cricket for the Physical disabled person, the formation of the first team, the formation of the association and then the rise of PD Cricket, I will talk about Pakistan PD Cricket in this article. Whatever the sport, it has its own importance, skills and requirements of its own. When it came to the creation of disabled cricket in Karachi, many journalists, including me, had in mind that people with disabilities should play cricket. How can you show your skills in such a hard and demanding game, but when the first disabled cricket team was formed in Karachi and its regular matches started with normal teams, many surprises came to me and I The disabled were greatly impressed by the cricketing skills, batting and especially bowling. The journalists ‘cricket team also played several matches with disabled cricket in the beginning in which the journalists’ team was often defeated.Cricket developed rapidly after the formation of the Pakistan Disabled Cricket Association. The reason for this was that he had a clear and simple plan to develop disabled cricket in his beloved homeland and to form cricket in 16 regions across the country, which he implemented expeditiously and lasted for two to three years and had a number of nationally capable but talented cricketers. People from different regions worked hard to form these teams, looking for people who were disabled but wanted to play high quality cricket, their training camps were set up, to improve their skills. The best coaches were called and training sessions were conducted. Trials and trials matches were also continued. Leading cricketers of the Pakistan cricket team were called to the camps and the disabled cricketers were encouraged to focus more on their game. (to be continued)
