Karachi (Assorts Reporter) Pakistan Cricket Board General Manager Domestic Junaid Zia on Tuesday expressed his best wishes for the Pakistani Physical Disability Cricket Team to succeed in the Physical Disability Champions Trophy starting from January 12 in Colombo, Sri Lanka. Talking to the players on the occasion of the ongoing training camp of the squad going to Sri Lanka at Rashid Latif Academy Gulberg, GM Domestic PCB Junaid Zia further said that the performance and enthusiasm of the players of the Pakistan Physical Disability Cricket Team is incredible and surprising that I am learning a lot from all you PD cricketers. None of you have a hand, no one has a leg, but you have raised the green crescent flag of Pakistan all over the world without taking your shortcomings into account. I would first like to thank the General Secretary PPDA Amiruddin Ansari for inviting me here today. I am extremely happy to be among the PD cricketers. I would like to pay tribute to the PPDCA and Amiruddin Ansari and his entire team for introducing physical disability cricket to the world. He also assured that the Pakistan Cricket Board’s support is with you and will continue in the future. The Pakistani PD team is supported by Pakistan’s top class coaches Sabih Azhar, Rafi Hashmi and Rao Javed and in their presence, the national PD team will definitely win the Champions Trophy. General Secretary PPDCA Amiruddin Ansari thanked GM Domestic PCB Junaid for his visit and said that disability cricket is a product of Pakistan all over the world and we wish that like England, India and other cricket boards, Pakistan Cricket Board should also take full credit for the founder of PD cricket by promoting PD cricket so that the national PD team can achieve more successes all over the world with its brilliant game and raise the green crescent flag of Pakistan. Head Coach PCB Iqbal Imam, Coach Asim Rizvi, Sadiq Khatri and Media Manager Muhammad Nizam were also present on the occasion.

کراچی (اسورٹس رپورٹر) پاکستان کرکٹ بورڈ کے جنرل مینجر ڈومیسٹک جنید ضیا نے منگل کے روز پاکستانی فزیکل ڈس ایبیلٹی کرکٹ ٹیم کے لئیے 12 جنوری سے سری لنکا کے شہر کولمبو میں شروع ہونے والے فزیکل ڈس ایبلٹی چیمپئنز ٹرافی میں کامیابی کے لیئے نیک خواہشات کا اظہار کیا ہے سری لنکا جانے والے اسکواڈ کی راشد لطیف اکیڈمی گلبرگ میں جاری ٹریننگ کیمپ کے دورے کے موقع پر کھلاڑیوں سے گفتگو کرتے ہوئے، جی ایم ڈومیسٹک پی سی بی جنید ضیا نے مزید کہا کہ پاکستان فزیکل ڈس ایبیلٹی کرکٹ ٹیم کے کھلاڑیوں کی کارکردگی،جزبہ ناقابل یقین اور حیران کن ہے کہ آپ تمام پی ڈی کرکٹرز سے میں بہت کچھ سیکھ کر جارہا ہوں آپ میں سے کسی کا ہاتھ نہیں ہے تو کی کسی ٹانگ نہیں ہے مگر آپ نے اپنی کمی کو خاطر میں نہ لاتے ہوتے دنیا بھرمیں پاکستان کا سبز ہلالی پرچم بلند کیا ہے۔ میں سب سے پہلے جنرل سیکریٹری پی پی ڈی اے امیر الدین انصاری کا شکریہ ادا کرتا ہوں آپ نے مجھے آج یہاں بلایا مجھے پی ڈی کرکٹرز کے درمیان آکر بے انتہا خوشی محسوس ہورہی ہے میں دنیا میں فزیکل ڈس ایبیلٹی کرکٹ کو معثارف کرانے پر پی پی ڈی سی اے اور امیر الدین انصاری صاحب ان کی پوری ٹیم کو خراج تحسین پیش کرتا ہوں انھوں نے اس بات کی یقین دہانی بھی کرائ کہ پاکستان کرکٹ بورڈ کی سپورٹ آپ کے سات ہے اور مستقبل میں بھی جاری رہے گی۔ پاکستانی پی ڈی ٹیم کے ساتھ پاکستان کے ٹاپ کلاس کوچ صبیح اظہر ، رافیع ہاشمی اور راؤ جاوید کی خدمات حاصل ہیں اور ان کی موجودگی مین قومی پی ڈی ٹیم چیمپئنز ٹرافی میں ضرور کامیابی حاصل کرے گی۔ جنرل سیکریٹری پی پی ڈی سی اے امیر الدین انصاری نے جی ایم ڈومیسٹک پی سی بی جنید کی آمد پر شکریہ اداکیا اور کہا کے دنیا بھر میں ڈس ایبیلٹی کرکٹ پاکستان کا پروڈکٹ ہے اور ہماری خواہش ہے کہ انگلینڈ ، بھارت اور دیگر کرکٹ بورڈ کی طرح پاکستان کرکٹ بورڈ بھی پی ڈی کرکٹ کو او ن کرتے ہوئے بحثیت بانی پی ڈی کرکٹ کا پورا کریڈٹ لے تاکہ قومی پی ڈی ٹیم اپنے شاندار کھیل سے دنیا بھر میں مزید کامیابیاں حاصل کرکے پاکستان کا سبز ہلالی پرچم بلند کرے۔ اس موقع پر ہیڈ کوچ پی سی بی اقبال امام، کوچ عاصم رضوی، صادق کھتری اور میڈیا منیجر محمد نظام بھی موجود تھے۔
The Pakistan Disabled Cricket Association (PDCA) is responsible for the promotion and expansion of the game through its associate and affiliate members throughout the country for all the Physically Disabled Cricketers of the country and PDCA is also recognized by Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) who is the governing body of cricket in Pakistan.
